e2v awarded a ‘1M contract from the European Space Agency (ESA)

e2v has been awarded a €1M contract from the European Space Agency (ESA), under the co-funded ARTES 3-4 product development programme, to develop a family of compact satellite communication electronic sub-systems.

Under the programme e2v will deliver operational samples in the final quarter of 2011. Potential applications include disaster relief, homeland security, peace keeping and natural resource monitoring.
